About Me

I am a PhD student in the Computer Science Department at Ashoka University, and my advisor is Dr. Debayan Gupta (Ashoka University) and co-advisor is Dr. Indra Deep Mastan (IIT BHU). My research problem is focused on Image Style Transfer under a multimodal setting. I am thankful to Professor Debayan and Indra Deep for providing me with their consistent guidance, support, freedom and flexibility to pursue my research interests.

I am broadly interested in learning universal representations in the multimodal learning setting that can help transform knowledge from one aspect to another with machine learning and deep learning methods.

I began my research career at IITGn under the guidance of Dr. Dinesh Garg, who broadened my interests in Generative Models and Natural Language Processing. I then embarked on my PhD journey at Ashoka University, mentored by the remarkable (the late) Dr. Ravi Kothari.

Dr. Ravi brought me into the PhD program and fostered my passion for research in multimodal learning, particularly in the vision (image) and language (text) domains. During my first two years at Ashoka, he provided invaluable guidance, warmth, unwavering support, and inspiration, profoundly influencing my academic and personal growth. I am profoundly grateful for his wisdom, kindness, and the lasting impression he left on my life and career.
